Please FORMAT the micro SD card in the dash camera before first use. Class 10, U3 Speed Micro-SD Card for 4K Video is required. We recommend SAMSUNG Class 10, U3 Speed Micro-SD Card (NOT INCLUDED). Please DON’T USE any “SanDisk Ultra” or "Generic Class 10 for HD Video" Cards from third-party sellers. They are NOT made for 4K high-end dashcam. If you have any SD card issues, please tell us and we will support you to solve them.
The available distance of the WIFI connection is 9-15ft, and it will be automatically disconnected if out of the range.
